If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Omnicharge within
30 calendar days of receipt of item(s). This only applies to new product purchased directly from Omnicharge. All return items must be in new condition, in their original packaging, and be accompanied with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. (See “How to Return an Item” below.)
How to Return an Item
- To return an item, contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our support team will determine what further action is required. They will give you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and provide you with prepaid return shipping label. Omnicharge will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number.
- You must properly package the product, clearly marking the RMA number on the package and include a copy of your proof of purchase date with the product. All return items must be in new condition, in their original packaging, and must include all packing material, manuals, documentation, and accessories. The value of any missing items will be deducted from the credit amount of a return.
- Send the product with the prepaid return shipping label.
- We will process your return and issue you a refund.
If you discover what you believe is a product defect, please contact our support team at email@example.com. If your product does have a defect, your product is covered under the terms of your product’s warranty. Please refer to the warranty information and other supporting documentation that came with your product.
